  • -This was the 2nd time using Cooper Erving and Savage for our house buying and selling closing. Our lawyer was Kelly Malloy-Pogoda. The selling went fine of course. Unfortunately the buying was riddled with false disclosures and documents that couldn't be produced by the seller to get a mortgage. The seller also claimed the house was built in 1992 when after an appraisal was really 1970s. Cooper Erving & Savage did not hold the seller responsible for any of it. We ended up having to sell our house and ended up renting until we found another house.
