The underlying education was the primary reason for the desire to first become an attorney. Obviously, to make a good living and enjoy what you do is the ultimate career. Benson, Sr. who was a personal injury lawyer (and received the 2011 Nevada Lifetime Achievement Award). He was instrumental in my decisions throughout my young adulthood and early law practice.

I still consider us a boutique law firm, even though we have grown to have 5 offices and 23 employees in Southern and Northern Nevada; our lawyers have the same client driven philosophy. Tye Masters graduated cum laude from the University of Southern California in 2013, earning dual degrees in Political Science and Philosophy, Politics, and Law, along with a minor in Business Law. A native of Las Vegas, Nevada, he later returned to his hometown to attend the UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law, where he was a Dean’s Merit Scholarship recipient, graduating in 2017.
After successfully passing the bar exam on his first attempt in 2017, Tye began his legal career as in-house counsel for University Medical Center of Southern Nevada. In this role, he navigated complex regulatory matters, including Medicare and Medicaid compliance, insurance billing, hospital accreditation, and healthcare provider standards. He also managed and litigated cases involving medical malpractice, premises liability, physician credentialing, and patient accounting disputes.
