Weiner Law: Trust, Probate & Litigation Lawyers APC is a California firm with offices in San Diego and Los Angeles. Our San Diego office on High Bluff Drive serves clients across San Diego County, including Del Mar, Carmel Valley, Solana Beach, Rancho Santa Fe, and La Jolla.
Most of our work involves disputes over trusts and estates: contested trusts and wills, claims against trustees and executors, and disagreements between family members over how an estate is being handled. We also guide trustees and personal representatives through administration so they can meet their duties and avoid conflict. The firm was founded by attorney Daniel R. Weiner and has a team of 12 attorneys.
