  • -This review is against Leila Higgins-Fleishman in regards to Tucker Griffin Barnes, PC as a whole. The firm should be ensuring that new attorneys are not acting in an unethical manner. Leila is attempting to bully witnesses through discovery who have alerted her that they have no relevant discovery and hold them in contempt of court for not producing documents that they do not have. Leila has only been practicing family law since 2017 and attempts to bully her way through the legal process. If Leila believes that a witness has relevant discovery, she should know that phone records are only produced from a phone company. Seems she is too green to know this and therefore attempts to bully her way through the process. Firm should be investigated as a whole. Reached out to the firm on two occasions with no response.
