Shane Smith is the founding attorney of Shane Smith Law and is licensed to practice in Georgia and North Carolina. A Georgia native, he earned his undergraduate degree Magna Cum Laude from Georgia State University and his Juris Doctor Cum Laude from Georgia State University College of r admission to the Georgia Bar, Shane served in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate Generals (JAG) Corps, including assignments with the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault). During his military service, he practiced criminal defense throughout the Southeast and served as lead counsel on a military homicide case, as well as numerous serious felony his military service, Shane returned to Georgia and practiced personal injury law at a large Atlanta firm, where he handled over 500 cases involving car accidents, tractor-trailer collisions, pedestrian injuries, drunk-driving crashes, and catastrophic injuries. He later founded his own firm to focus exclusively on helping individuals injured through no fault of their concentrates his practice on personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall cases, and serious injury claims. He is especially dedicated to representing victims of impaired and drunk drivers and works closely with trusted medical specialists to ensure his clients receive proper care.
