-Marc was brought onto are case with Tom Landwerlen the lawyer he rents his space from. He failed to defend another lawyers accounting. They let the Plantiffs write fraudlent statements in their claim had proof it was fraudlent and they never called them out on it. They made us believe they were working on the case. Went to trial and they did absolutely nothing! Leaving us with no record to appeal. Then when the case was over after them telling us all along they would do the appeal. They said, this was then this is now. Suck us for 50k dollars. Then to come to find on another attorneys bill they had a phone conversation with the court and opposing attorney for them to take are home. Never notifying us of this and took it upon themselves to decide without speaking to us on what they did. Then they had me go out and find my father's executor of his Will and found a lawyer in Greenfield, In to open up an Estate claiming that would stop the law suit. In fact it didn't. My father only had 10k.
Causing us to have a judgement for 310k money that my father never had and never showed it to the court. They never defended my husband. They failed to defend against the complaint and had the proof of the lies the Plaintiffs put in the complaint. Marc even allowing a person to claim she had dementia and never verified with her doctor if the doctor even wrote the letter. I have proof of everything that is stated here and email communication between them and the lawyer in Greenfield. That I would be more then happy to share.
