  • -This attorney filed a Lis Pendens notice on my property. His filing was improper, incorrect, and grossly inappropriate. Per Mr. Schoen other’s have seen him as "not so smart." The result was harassing phone calls from Bankruptcy Attorneys and Real Estate Companies wanting to buy my house. It also reduced my credit score by 100 points. It took multiple calls and many days to for him to withdraw it. He has done nothing to contact the credit bureau to correct my file.
