Mr. Peacock focuses his practice on representing victims of police misconduct. He has represented his clients against big cities and small towns, counties, the State of California and the United States of America. Mr. Peacock attended California State University, Chico, receiving a B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy. While attending undergraduate school at Chico State, Mr. Peacock was the Director of the Housing Law Department of the Community Legal Information Center, where he provided free legal information to the community.
Thereafter, Mr. Peacock attended the University of La Verne, College of Law. While in Law School, Mr. Peacock was selected to be a member of the National Trial Competition Team, as well as the Moot Court Honors program. Mr. Peacock has also won multiple awards for legal writing, including Best Brief in the Moot Court competition program.
