Jacob Oresky & Associates, PLLC
New York City Personal Injury Lawyer
At Jacob Oresky & Associates, PLLC, we are known for our successful representation of accident victims throughout the New York metro area. If you’ve been injured due to some other person or company’s careless or negligent behavior, we may be able to help you get compensation. We are dedicated to helping our clients pursue settlements and verdicts that meet their present and future needs. Don’t hesitate to contact us at our offices in the Bronx and Queens to schedule a free consultation. You will not pay us any attorney fees unless we help you win money damages.

Attorney Jacob Oresky was born and raised in New York City and started practicing law in 1987. After working as an associate at a large law firm, Mr. Oresky decided to open his own practice. In 1992, he founded our law firm in a modest office in the basement of a residential building. Satisfied client by satisfied client, victory by victory, we grew in size, staff and reputation to become the highly successful firm we are today.

We are a multilingual firm providing services in English and Spanish. The investigators who assist us in putting together our cases also speak English and Spanish.

Our results and the testimonials we have received from past clients reflect the hard work and dedication with which we handle each and every personal injury and wrongful death case.
