Brent handles a wide variety of claims includingnursing home neglect and abuse,medical malpractice,car accidents,defective products,truck accidents, andpremises liability. He has a proven track record of getting justice for people that were seriously injured or killed by anothers negligence or recklessness.
Before becoming a trial lawyer, Brent attended Pennsylvania State University as an undergraduate, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Minor in Science. He earned a law degree at Emory Law School in Atlanta, Georgia.
Following law school, Brent has dedicated his career to fighting for the rights of people that have suffered catastrophic injuries due to someone elses negligence. He attributes his success in litigation to a never back down attitude and making his clients interests and concerns a top priority.
In recognition of his success, Brent was included in the list of Super Lawyers Rising Stars* for the years of 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019, an honor bestowed on only 2 percent of attorneys in Pennsylvania. He was also included in the 26th edition (2020) list ofThe Best Lawyers of Americafor Medical Malpractice Law Plaintiffs*. Recently, he was selected for the list of Pennsylvania Super Lawyers 2021*, and Superlawyers for 2021 and 2022.
Brent is an active member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice. He serves as a certified Arbitrator for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
