Defense attorney Wayne Foote successfully represents those charged with crimes, including federal gun and drug offenses, but specializes in DUI offenses. He is only one of less than 50 to be Board Certified in DUI Defense Law by the National College for DUI Defense, which is accredited by the American Bar Association. He is also a Director and charter member of the Maine Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and a general member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.


He currently teaches seminars for attorneys nationally on subjects related to state and federal criminal defense, DUI defense, and federal sentencing guidelines, and has been a lecturer at the University of Maine, teaching courses on the subjects of use of expert witnesses and scientific evidence in criminal cases.
