Stephanie M. Rock, Attorney Stephanie M. Rock, Attorney Ms. Rock received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. She graduated from Lakeland University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management and Criminal Justice. Ms. Rock was a student in the Federal Appeals Project, which handles direct appeals for federal inmates. While at law school in Madison, Ms. Rock worked for the Community Immigrant Law Center, where she assisted immigrants in removal defense.
