Samuel Choo Mr. Choo was born and raised in Koreatown, Los Angeles. He attended the University of Southern California, where he obtained his undergraduate degree in Business Administration his Master’s Degree in Business Taxation. After graduating from USC, Samuel worked as a tax accountant for a large CPA firm in Los Angeles before deciding to pursue a career in law.
Mr. Choo went on to obtain his Juris Doctorate from the University of Notre Dame Law School, widely recognized as one of the most prestigious law schools in the country. While studying law, Samuel actively participated in the law school’s community development clinic, where he helped start-up businesses incorporate and draft bylaws.
