Ronald J. Resmini is an experienced Rhode Island Foremost Trial Attorney who has been specializing in the areas of personal injury, accident and tort law for the past 45 years. He has published more than 20 legal handbooks, one of which is a two-volume treatise entitled, Tort Law and Personal Injury Practice, which is part of the RI Practice Series.

Mr. Resmini was sworn in before the Bar in 1969 after 3 years of active duty in the United States Army Security Agency, where he ranked as Captain. Ronald gained valuable experience after a clerkship with Rhode Island Surpeme Court under Justice William E. Powers. This experience later helped him form his own law firm, Law Offices of Ronald J. Resmini, Accident & Injury Lawyers, Ltd.

Mr. Resmini has accrued numerous honors and awards for his outstanding work in the legal field. These awards include The National Trial Lawyers: Top 100 in MA, 2014; The National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys 2014 MA TOP 10; "Super Lawyers" list of top attorneys in Rhode Island, 2011 through 2016; Massachusetts Senior Attorney of the Year, 2010; and many more.
