About This Law Firm

David P. Folkenflik, P.A., is a law firm providing legal representation in probate estate administration; estate planning (primarily, Wills and Trusts); and personal injury law. Our main office is in the north St. Petersburg area. In addition to St. Petersburg, we also offer consultations in our Palm Harbor office (by appointment only). Our firms primary mission is to provide our clients with thorough, competent, aggressive, and affordable legal representation. Many services are handled on a one time flat fee basis. Some services, such as personal injury and probate matters often have no up front retainers for fees or costs. We work very hard to provide the personal service that each client deserves.
