Mr. Massmann has dedicated his legal career to pursuing economic justice for his clients. Prior to joining Bibiyan Law Group, Mr. Massmann worked at Lavi & Ebrahimian, where he handled labor & employment actions. Mr. Massmann has also worked at the New York Legal Assistance Group, where he represented tenants and consumers in New York Civil and Supreme Courts, and Capstone Law, where he worked on consumer and labor & employment class action matters. At Bibiyan Law Group, Mr. Massmann works on individual and representative actions, including wage and hour violations, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Massmann worked in the photo industry, where he licensed the use of editorial and commercial images. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, exploring the urban and cultural history of Southern California, traveling, reading, and studying Spanish.
A native Californian, Mr. Massmann received a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley in 2000 and a J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2013.
