He served as a lead trial attorney, handling cases including murder, robbery, kidnapping, and drug trafficking. During this time, Mr. Bregoff acquired a foundation of knowledge regarding courtroom etiquette, evidentiary issues, and litigation procedure and practice. Upon leaving the Broward County State Attorneys Office, Mr. Bregoff began working for Allstate Insurance Company, the second largest auto insurer in the nation, as a personal injury head trial attorney. He spent 11 years gaining useful trial experience and learning the facets of personal injury cases, from automobile injuries to wrongful deaths.
