Daniel Cohen, Esq., the Founding Partner of Consumer Attorneys, began his legal career as a New York litigator in consumer protection law. Under his leadership, Consumer Attorneys has grown into a BBB A+ rated national powerhouse with over $100 million recovered for clients, and recognition as a highly impactful consumer reporting law firm.

With a primary focus on FCRA-related litigation, Dan maintains an active client roster, while also overseeing the firms strategic branding, marketing, client intake, and business development efforts. He is also an experienced class-action attorney, a member of both the National Association of Consumer Advocates and the National Consumer Law Center, and a regular contributor to national media stories seeking legal insight on consumer protection issues. Dan holds a degree in Humanities from Thomas Edison State College and a JD from Arizona State Universitys Sandra Day OConnor College of Law. He is licensed to practice in New York and Arizona.

Dan is also incredibly proud to have harnessed personal experience and legal fortitude to become an outsized champion of disability rights in the workplace, the digital space, and beyond. In particular, Dans focus has been on advancing digital accessibility for low and no-vision consumers navigating an ecommerce industry that largely ignores their needs and rights.
