Attorneys Andrew Mishlove and Lauren Stuckert are the only attorneys board certified as DUI Defense Law Specialists by the National College for DUI Defense (NCDD) in Wisconsin, out of less than 60 nationwide. They have also completed the Forensic Chromatography Blood Alcohol Analysis and Advanced Chormatography Alcohol Analysis through the American Chemical Society.
Besides being a board certified specialist, attorney Andrew Mishlove was also named to a seat on the governing Board of Regents of the NCDD and is one of only fourteen Regents in the U.S. He was selected to sit on the DUI Committee of the National Association of Defense Lawyers to represent Wisconsin, Illinois, and Indiana, and was the Chairman of the Criminal Law Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin. Attorney Mishlove has also not only received training in field sobriety testing and the scientific evidence of blood, breath, and urine testing, but also teaches these subjects to other attorneys and judges as well.
